At National Palms, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality palm grown and cared for by experienced professionals. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of every tree we sell.
This warranty outlines what is covered, what isn’t, and how to submit a claim.

Warranty Coverage
1. Live Plant Guarantee
We guarantee that all palms purchased from National Palms are healthy, disease-free, and properly acclimated at the time of sale.
2. Warranty Period
All palms include a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
During this period, if the tree dies due to a condition present at the time of sale, National Palms will:
• Replace the tree with the same size and variety, or
• Provide store credit equal to the original purchase price.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from factors outside our control, including:
• Improper planting, poor soil preparation, or incorrect planting depth
• Insufficient irrigation or excessive watering
• Extreme weather, including frost or heat damage
• Pests, insects, rodents, or animals
• Nutrient deficiencies due to lack of fertilization
• Transplant shock caused by mishandling after delivery
• Damage caused by third-party landscapers or installers
• Trees left in containers without timely planting
• Any relocation or replanting of the tree after installation

Warranty Requirements
To keep this warranty valid, customers must:
1. Plant the tree within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
2. Provide consistent watering, especially during the first 90 days.
3. Avoid burying the trunk or planting too deep.
4. Avoid relocating the tree once planted.
5. Provide proof of purchase for all claims.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please provide:
• Customer name and contact information
• Receipt or order number
• Photos of the tree and planting site
• Description of the issue and watering/maintenance schedule

Claim review typically takes 3–5 business days. Approved replacement trees must be picked up within 14 days.

• Warranty does not cover delivery or installation fees, including those for replacement trees.
• Replacement trees come with no additional warranty.
• All sales are final on discounted, clearance, or special-order trees.

WATERING SCHEDULE
Newly Planted Palms (0–3 Months)
• Frequency: 3–4 times per week
• Amount: Deep soak each time (15–25 gallons depending on size)
• Goal: Keep soil consistently moist, not muddy
• Tip: Let water penetrate 18–24 inches deep
Establishing Palms (3–12 Months)
• Frequency: 2–3 times per week
• Amount: 20–30 gallons
• Goal: Encourage root expansion
• Tip: Reduce watering during cool/rainy weeks
Established Palms (1 Year+)
• Frequency: 1–2 times per week
• Amount: 20–40 gallons
• Goal: Maintain deep, infrequent watering
• Tip: Heavy summer heat may require an extra weekly watering
Hot Summer Conditions (100°F+)
• Add 1 extra watering per week
• Ensure water reaches 2 feet deep
• Avoid watering in the middle of the day (best times: early morning or evening)
Winter Watering
• Frequency: 1 time per week
• Amount: Light to moderate soak
• Goal: Prevent root drying while avoiding overwatering
Signs You Need to Water More
• Pale or yellow fronds
• Drooping middle spear
• Very dry soil 6–8” deep
Signs of Overwatering
• Mushy trunk base
• Foul smell near roots
• Constantly wet soil
